Creating a new landscape project doesn’t have to be an overwhelming experience. Ecoyards can guide you from start to finish. We’ll help you create a beautiful landscape that suits your needs and is completed on time and within budget.

We’ll walk around the property with you, get your feedback on what you like and dislike, and what you’re looking to accomplish both in the short term and long-term. In the meantime, you can prepare for our visit by thinking about what you like and dislike about your current landscape. Do you have drainage problems? Would you like to expand your backyard entertaining space? How much time do you want to spend on maintenance? Would you prefer low-maintenance, drought-tolerant, and native plants?

After meeting with you, we can determine whether you simply need a free estimate for the work, or a detailed landscape design. An estimate is free and breaks down the costs for a specific scope of work; we can get that to you within just a few days. A landscape design, on the other hand, provides you a detailed visual blueprint of your project, including type and layout of plants, hardscape features, drainage plans, irrigation plans, and other details. Landscape designs can be simple or more involved; costs depend on the complexity of the project. Typically in such cases, we recommend that you work with our professional landscape designer. The designer will meet with you, take measurements of your property, and draw out a plan to scale listing all aspects of the project. The designer will give you a good estimate of how much time it’ll take to complete the design (from a few days to a few weeks) and what it will cost. Once you have a landscape design in hand, we’ll come up with a free, detailed cost estimate for the installation process. Along the way, we’ll answer whatever questions you have about the project, and work with you to get it just right.

What’s next? With estimate in hand, call us when you’re ready to start work. We’ll send you a contract to sign, and schedule you in our calendar. Once that time rolls around, the Ecoyards crew will arrive at your house and begin work! Along the way, we’re happy to answer any question you have about the project. Once the work is complete, we’ll walk through the property with you and make sure the work was done to your satisfaction.
